All of the properties are built to a high specification. Only an
internal inspection will show the quality of the finish which includes:

to the floors of each apartment.
- Fully programmable gas fired central heating system with all
radiators individually temperature controlled, together with mains
pressure hot water system with quick recovery hot water cylinder.
An electric immersion heater is also fitted to each hot water
cylinder.
- High quality partly tiled kitchens with fitted kitchen units
(including wine rack), 1½ bowl sink and incorporating the
following appliances:
- Double electric oven with four ring gas hob and extract
hood
- Integrated fridge/freezer
- Automatic washing machine/tumble dryer
- Dishwasher
- Partly tiled bathrooms with white suites comprising bath, wash
hand basin, WC, shower, shaver light/socket, mirror and other
bathroom accessories.
- Two double fitted wardrobes to each bedroom.
- The option of terrestrial and either satellite or cable television
(subject to subscription), with TV points in each living room
and bedroom and telephone points in each hall, living room, kitchen
and bedroom.
- Plaster coving to ceilings of all habitable rooms and hallways.
- Fitted Axminster carpets and high quality curtains throughout.
- Fully furnished and equipped, if required, for an additional
monthly rental.
- Linen rental and cleaning service available if required.
- Fully maintained communal areas.
- Fully automatic security entrance gates operated from within
each apartment and house, and by remote control key-fob for residents
entering by car.
- Communal door entry/entrance gate operated from within each
apartment.
