Services: All mains services are connected. Water consumption is metred.
Communal Areas: The Landlord will be responsible for maintenance, lighting and cleaning of the communal areas.
Tenancies: Assured shortland tenancies for a minimum period of six months.
References: Financial, employment and character references will be required from each applicant and the non-returnable sum of £25.00 per applicant will be required in order to cover the cost of obtaining those references.
Legal Expenses/Deposit: The sum of £875.00 will also be required from prospective tenants, payable on the tenant signing the tenancy agreement, of which £125.00 is in respect of the cost of preparing the tenancy agreement and inventory, and the balance of £750.00 is in respect of a deposit. In the event of the landlord not granting a tenancy, the £875.00 will be returned in full.

Current Rentals:
Rental payments are payable on the 25th day of each month for the following month.

Each Tenant will be responsible for Council Tax. The tax bandings, Council Tax payable for 2010/2011, and current rental per calender month is shown below.

The Council Tax is 25% less for a single person occupency or 100% less for qualifying students.
