Assured shortland tenancies for a minimum period of six months.

Financial, employment and character references will be required from each applicant and the non-returnable sum of £25.00 per applicant will be required in order to cover the cost of obtaining those references.

| Legal Expenses/Deposit: |
The sum of £875.00 will also be required from prospective tenants, payable on the tenant signing the tenancy agreement, of which £125.00 is in respect of the cost of preparing the tenancy agreement and inventory, and the balance of £750.00 is in respect of a deposit. In the event of the landlord not granting a tenancy, the £875.00 will be returned in full.
